Saint Anne's Episcopal Church

The cornerstone of St. Anne’s was laid on May 20, 1824. Theodore Edson, an Episcopal Deacon, was ordained as Rector during the service of consecration. The Book of Common Prayer (the Episcopal Prayerbook) was used at the service, and St. Anne’s has remained in communion with the Episcopal Diocese of Massachusetts since that time.

2024

On May 19, 2024, we will celebrate the laying of the cornerstone. Bishop Gates will be with us, and the Grand Lodge of Masons of Massachusetts will join in the celebration.
